New Directions 2024 – The Conference You Can’t Miss!
For over two decades, Perspectives has attended and presented sessions at the Great Rivers regional United Way conference. This year, with the end of flex credits, we wanted to make it easy for every United Way to access the same great sessions we have always presented at Great Rivers.
New Directions 2024 is a free, one-day, virtual conference that will provide you with solutions to four of your biggest challenges: how to explain what your United Way does, how you can raise more money, how your United Way can make meaningful change in your community, and how you can position your United Way to be relevant in the future.
Join us on March 13, 2024, for four sessions that are filled with “how-to” get the job done, examples from exceptional United Ways, and plenty of time for your questions and sharing with other United Way professionals like yourself. Each session will be presented by Gary and Bryn from Perspectives, as they share with you their experience and expertise that comes from working with over 140 United Ways throughout the United States and Canada. Two of the New Directions 2024 sessions are previous top-rated Great Rivers sessions, and the other two are sessions we would have presented at Great Rivers this year.

Your Roadmap to Raising More Money. Learn how to raise money more effectively and where you should spend your time for the greatest return.
Bridging the Communication Gap Between You and Your Donors. Learn what your donors need to know, what they don’t want or need to hear, and a simple formula for developing calls-to-action you will use everyday.
Changing Your Funding Can Change Lives. Learn the five methods your United Way can use to maximize the change you create in your community.
Setting Your New Direction For 2024. Learn how to reposition your United Way to grow and diversify your revenue, measurably change lives in your community, and simplify your message to make your United Way relevant for the future.
Each session is between an hour and 90 minutes long with time for sharing and questions. New Directions 2024 is free for you, your staff, and even your board members to attend, however, advanced registration is required.
